Our staff and the ECI Fellows are committed to learning from, with, and for the ECI Community. We want to partner with you in a shared effort and movement to educate character in colleges and universities.

Toward that end, we would love to find ways to connect with you to address needs as they emerge. The ECI staff includes scholars and practitioners with expertise in:

character-based pedagogies;
curricular and co-curricular program design;
research design, assessment, measurement, and evaluation; and
grant writing and grantmaking.

The team supports grantees through consultations and coaching in all of these areas and welcomes conversations with individuals and teams from institutions across the US and beyond.
