Lori Davis is the Managing Director of Communities of Impact for the Educating Character
Initiative at Wake Forest University. In this capacity, she leads the development, strategic
management, and grant administration of ECI Communities of Impact, fostering collective
learning and collaborative engagement across a growing network of over 840 institutions. Lori
has more than 15 years of experience leading multi-institutional partnerships and cross-
functional operations in both academic and industry settings. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical
Engineering from Vanderbilt University and specializes in translating complex organizational
missions into sustainable, impactful realities.
