John Etcheverry
John Etcheverry is the Grants and Contracts Manager for the Educating Character Initiative. He earned his MBA from California State University, Fresno and B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from California State University Stanislaus. John has worked with grants in varying roles in higher education, municipal, state and federal government, and international development. He is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Ukraine 95-97), former executive director of Grants.gov, and a retired Foreign Service Officer.
