Melissa Blackwell is Program and Events Coordinator for the Educating Character Initiative. She has a strong background of events and catering with more than fifteen years in hospitality. Melissa is originally from Washington, D.C. but moved to North Carolina in 2020. Melissa is planning and executing conferences, convening, and workshops for the Educating Character Initiative.
