Bio
Lauren Iley-Spear is the Program Manager for Leadership and Character in the Professional Schools. Lauren has a decade of experience working in higher education project management and student engagement. She has worked closely with student leadership programs in undergraduate and graduate arts conservatory institutions and served as an instructor in coursework that explored the intersection of artistry and leadership. Prior to working in higher education, Lauren received her M.F.A. in Theatre for Young Audiences from Arizona State University. She worked in the professional theater industry in Minneapolis as a playwright and director and spent ten years working in K-12 education as a theater specialist and teaching artist.
