Rebecca Park is a Senior Research Scholar for the Program for Leadership and Character. Becky holds a Ph.D. in Positive Psychology from the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom, where she completed a doctoral thesis entitled “Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice: A ‘Toolbox’ for Self-Efficacy in Higher Education.” She also earned a B.Sc. in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Psychological Research Methods from the University of Lincoln. Both her B.Sc. and M.Sc. dissertations explored the virtue of humility and its role in leadership. Becky is also an Associate Fellow at the Oxford Character Project.
