Assistant Director of Programming

Bio

Jasmine Logan serves as the Assistant Director of Programming for the Program for Leadership and Character at Wake Forest University. In this role, she designs and facilitates character-centered programming that supports students in cultivating purpose, reflection, and meaningful connection. Her work includes strategic planning, curriculum development, assessment, and leading initiatives that foster a welcoming and relational campus culture.

She leads LEAP (Leadership, Ethics and Purpose) , a pre-orientation experience designed to cultivate a sense of belonging for incoming students while inviting deep reflection on identity, purpose, and intentional becoming. Through LEAP and other co-curricular offerings, she creates spaces where students feel known, supported, and empowered to grow into who they are called to be—within community and with character.

She brings a wide range of experience across higher education and nonprofit sectors, including roles in residence life, admissions, educational sales, and project coordination. She has supported faculty recruitment efforts, managed digital engagement tools, and contributed to community-wide events that invite students and colleagues alike into shared learning and relational hospitality.

Jasmine previously served as a Project Associate for the Thriving Congregations initiative and interned with Middle Collegiate Church in New York City, where she engaged in worship leadership and community programming rooted in justice and radical welcome.

She holds a Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. Her work is deeply informed by womanist ethics, queer theology, and the conviction that character is cultivated through relationships marked by care, courage, and hospitality.
