Krista Smith served as our Executive Assistant until January 24, 2025, when she accepted another position. She coordinated day-to-day operations of the Program’s external-facing efforts and provided extensive administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to the staff in her new role. She also supported the leadership of the Executive Director, Michael Lamb. With over fifteen years of experience in higher education support roles, including in Student Affairs, Athletics, and Strategic Communications, Krista brought a broad range of experience to the team. *funded jointly by Lilly and an anonymous gift. Her position will be filled early in 2025.
