The Leadership and Character Certificate Program invites Wake Forest staff and faculty to deepen their understanding of character-centered leadership and to strengthen the culture of character across our university. Completion of this program represents a meaningful commitment to reflection, dialogue, growth, and leading with purpose and integrity in one’s professional and personal life.

We celebrate and commend the following colleagues for completing the Leadership and Character Certificate Program. Each has demonstrated a sustained investment in cultivating the virtues that help our community flourish, such as courage, humility, wisdom, integrity, perseverance, and compassion.

Continuing the Journey

Graduates of the program are invited to remain engaged with the Program for Leadership and Character through future workshops, new learning pathways, and opportunities to mentor or collaborate with others who share a commitment to character-centered leadership. More information will be coming out in the Spring on these additional opportunities. Completion of the certificate marks not an end, but a milestone in an ongoing process of growth and reflection.

Recognition and Community

Each recipient will receive a desk plaque honoring their achievement, presented during a short recognition ceremony in June 2026 (attendance optional, with delivery available). In the spirit of shared learning, recipients were also invited to contribute a brief reflection on what they took from the program or how they plan to integrate its lessons into their daily work and relationships.
